CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation immediately after placing the order. We recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible to check if cancellation is still possible.

  • Orders Already Processed or Shipped: If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation request. Once an item is in transit, we are unable to recall it.

  • Non-Cancellable Items:

    • Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be canceled after the order has been placed. These include:

      • Perishable items (such as flowers, chocolates, and food-related products).

      • Personalized or customized gifts (including engraved, printed, or specially crafted items).

      • Made-to-order products that are created specifically for you.

  • Refunds for Canceled Orders: If an order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Refund & Replacement Policy

At Luv Knot, we take great care in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, as per the conditions below:

 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery.

  • To expedite your request, kindly provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product

    • A brief description of the issue

  • Our team will review your request and determine if a replacement, exchange, or refund is applicable.

 

2. Product Mismatch & Expectations

  • We strive to accurately depict all our products on our website. However, if the received product differs significantly from what was displayed on our site, you may raise a complaint on the same day of delivery.

  • Our team will evaluate your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

 

3. Refund Processing & Timeline

  • Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or digital wallet).

  • Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take an additional few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Important Notes:

  • We may request the return of damaged/incorrect items before processing a refund or replacement. Instructions for the return process will be provided by our team.

  • Any refund or replacement request made after the same-day delivery period may not be eligible for review.

  • For personalized or made-to-order items, refunds and replacements will be provided only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.​
