Refund & Replacement Policy
At Luv Knot, we take great care in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. For size issue if the product doesn’t fit, you may request a size exchange within 24 hours. Approval is solely at Luv Knot’s discretion — we may accept or deny the request. We recommend ordering one size up if unsure. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, as per the conditions below:
